His NHS work is focused on complex breast cancer reconstruction using either silicone breast implants or transfer of abdominal and back tissue. Though this, he has developed a secondary expertise in the use of teardrop implants as well as tummy-tuck surgery and fat transfer to the breast.

Mr Ghattaura also specialises in developmental breast disorders including small breast volume, breast asymmetry, tubular breast and the treatment for large breasts.

Mr Ghattaura has trained extensively with world leaders in breast surgery in London (Royal Marsden Hospital and Harley street) as well as in Ghent, Belgium.
